As a certified life coach and professional organizer, I know that when the home feels chaotic, everything feels chaotic. It’s easy to put everyone else’s needs first—your spouse, your kids, your friends—and neglect your own. But when you feel overwhelmed and drained, your home’s functionality and harmony suffer too.
